Dear Member,
Further to our e-mail message of April 15, this is a reminder that our 2022 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 18 at 4:00 PM (eastern time).
This will be a hybrid meeting, with members having the option of either attending in person or joining virtually, as per below:
- For members attending in person, the meeting will be held at the Saint James Club, 1145 Union Avenue, Montreal. Although no formal registration is necessary for in person attendance, we would appreciate an e-mail confirming your intention to attend.
- For members attending virtually, the meeting will be held via Zoom. Please be sure to register in advance (CLICK HERE) in order to obtain the meeting link.
The meeting will be followed by a cocktail reception, at which Michael Keenan, the Deputy Minister of Transport, will be our guest speaker.
We hope you will be able to join us on the 18th and look forward to seeing you then – both in person and virtually!
