Shipping Federation of Canada: The voice of ocean shipping since 1903

We have received Notice from Prince Rupert Port Authority about their upcoming tariff revision, pursuant to section 49 of the Canada Marine Act.  These revised tariffs are slated to take effect from January 1, 2024.

The Port Authority aims to implement a uniform 5.2% increase across most tariffs, with the exception of Anchorage, where the charges remain unchanged from 2023, meaning there will be no cost adjustment for this particular item.
