Please be advised that CP Rail has issued a 72-hour notice to the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC) of its plan to lock-out employee at 00:01 ET on March 20, 2022 if the parties are unable to  reach a negotiated settlement or agree to binding arbitration. The Minister of Labour has also issued a statement encouraging both parties to consider making the compromises necessary to reach a deal that is fair for workers and the employer. The Minister’s full statement can be found HERE.
