Please find attached Notice No. 9 from the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation regarding a possible strike of their unionized employees.

The notice indicates that the Seaway is confident that the situation will be successfully resolved before October 18th.  Members should be aware of a possible, worst-case-scenario of transit interruptions starting 00h01 on October 12th.
