The Great Lakes Pilotage Authority (GLPA) is conducting a survey regarding their Quality of Service (QOS) to gather feedback with a view to better understand and address any areas that require improvement. Your input towards that end would be highly appreciated.
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete and is accessible in both English and French. Please click here for the link to the survey. Please also note that the deadline to complete the survey is 24 November, 2023.
