Transport Canada has published a new WEBPAGE explaining the changes to the Coasting Trade Act that came into effect on September 18th as a result of the provisional implementation of the CETA trade agreement between Canada and the European Union. The webpage outlines the eligibility criteria for engagining in the newly liberalized activities (repositioning of empty containers, provision of feeder services and provision of dredging services), and provides links to the relevant application forms.
