To ensure safe pilotage operations and compliance with pilot rest requirements, the St. Lawrence Pilotage Authority reminds vessel operators that a vacant, functional, and compliant cabin must be available for the second pilot on any vessel transiting between Québec and Les Escoumins at speeds below 10 knots.
