Due to the progress of icebreaking operations on the Saguenay River, please be advised that effective immediately Navwarn NW-C-0592-26 cancels Navwarn NW-C-3746-25 (regarding speed reduction in the Saguenay River), which had been in effect since 09 December 2025.
Please also note that Navwarn NW-C-0591-26 cancels Navwarn NW-C-3745-25, confirming that the speed reduction requirement to maintain fast ice cover on the St. Lawrence River (Pointe des Ormes to Île des Barques) is no longer in effect.
