Per the attached notice from the Laurentian Pilotage Authority (LPA), the winter navigation period between Quebec City and Montreal will begin today December 9, 2025, at 16:00 EST.
During the winter navigation period, two pilots must always be assigned on every vessel. We invite members to review the second attachment for the full list of safety requirements during this period.
