Dear Members,
Following recent events regarding safe mooring practices in First Narrows, please be advised that the terminal-data sheet for Pembina has been updated. The revised guidance now makes the deployment of breast mooring lines mandatory at this terminal.
This requirement is effective immediately. The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority will initiate the process of formally updating their Port Information Guide on its website to reflect this amendment.
