Dear Members,
The Seaway has advised that navigation has now resumed at Côte Sainte-Catherine Lock as of 12:05 EST. The ship arrestor will remain raised and a special procedure for downbound vessels will be in effect.
A pilot is scheduled to board the vessel that hit the ship arrestor in Lock 2 at 14:00 EST.
In total, 16 vessels were delayed within the Seaway:
