Further to our previous updates regarding St. Lawrence Pilotage’s (SLP) new online pilotage service request portal, SLP has announced two optional bilingual online information sessions to help maritime agents prepare for the rollout of the new system, which is still expected for the week of July 13, 2026.
The sessions will provide an overview of the new Web Request portal and offer participants an opportunity to ask questions directly to the SLP team. SLP encourages all maritime agents who will be using the portal to attend one of the following sessions:
- Session 1: Monday, July 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (ET)
- Session 2: Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (ET)
Members wishing to participate should register by confirming their attendance via email to infopilotcontrol@psl-slp.gc.ca and may submit questions in advance to the same address. The MS Teams links for both sessions are included in the attached invitation.
