Dear Members,
St. Lawrence Pilotage (SLP) has advised that the launch of its new Online Service Request Portal has been set for the week of July 13, 2026, as outlined in their attached implementation schedule.
To facilitate account setup and portal access management, SLP is requesting that each company provide the name and contact information of a primary contact as soon as possible by email to infopilotcontrol@psl-slp.gc.ca. This individual will be responsible for establishing and administering the company’s portal access, and will be contacted directly by the SLP implementation team.
SLP has also advised that information sessions will be held via MS Teams during the week of July 6 to provide users with an opportunity to learn more about the portal and ask questions directly. Invitations and additional details will be distributed by SLP in the coming weeks.
Until the portal becomes operational, members should continue submitting pilotage service requests through the existing process. No changes to current procedures are required at this time.
